You need to train until you can perform 3 approaches 10 times a day.

What are the results of bladder training?

After performing the training, the patient will be able to make long breaks between visits to the toilet, hold more fluid in the bladder, better control the need.

Of course, the results want to see right away, but to achieve visible success, it is necessary from 6 to 12 weeks of trainings. If after a few weeks no changes are observed, you need to go to the doctor. Probably, in this case, you will need other methods of treatment, such as taking certain medications or surgery.
